From Bloomfield, KY, Terry grew up on a dairy farm and is now a 4th generation farmer, with his wife and two children, instilling in them, the same lessons he learned growing up. After graduating from Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business, he began his career in Ag Finance. In 2011, he joined his father in running the family dairy and shortly thereafter, found his passion in crop insurance.

From Bardstown, KY, Madeline found her passion for agriculture at a young age, learning from her family the hard work and dedication it takes to farm. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with as B.S. and M.S. in Agricultural Economics, Madeline began her career in crop insurance.
